He left behind my eldest sister, five children (three boys and two girls) and fourteen grandchildren. It was a sad loss to the family. My sister and her children decided to follow the Hokkien custom observing a 3 years mourning period.
He was buried in Fairy Park, a private cemetery in Port Dickson. May his soul rest in peace.
今天我们在芙蓉参加了我大姐夫的葬礼。他在星期二逝世，享年六十五。
他留下我的大姐，五个孩子（三男二女）及十四个孙儿。他的逝世，对家人来说是个很大的打击及伤痛，所以他们决定遵照福建人的风俗，为他守孝三年。
他的遗体葬在人间仙境，一个在波德申的私人坟场。愿他的灵魂安息。
