A day of sharing 分享喜悦
It was Christmas Day.
After Christmas Mass at the church, we welcomed visitors from 12:00 noon right up to 9:00 pm. It was tiring but joyful and rewarding.
It was a day of sharing and laughing among good friends and family members.
My wife and Agnes, the housemaid, spent a few days before to prepare Johor Laksa for the visitor friends. It is a specialty from Johor state. Unlike the common Laksa which is spicy, Johor Laksa gravy is uniquely made of fish and prawns, no Chilies or spices.
Tai Chi members also brought a few delicious dishes to the gathering.

圣诞节当天。
早上参加了圣诞弥撒后,从中午十二点到晚上九点,我们欢迎朋友们的到来共庆佳节。虽然是很疲劳,但却是充满了喜乐。
太太和佣人在几天前,就忙着准备“柔佛辣沙”。它其实不是如众所周知的辣沙般的辣,其特点是它的汤汁是用鱼和虾烹制的。
太极班的一些朋友也特点准备了数项佳肴,带来与大家分享。
