我与太太，她的老朋友Karen, 及佣人Agnes, 在十一月十五日至十八日，作了一个四天三夜，适耕庄至怡保之旅。
On 15/11 to 18/11/2016, my wife and I, together with friend Karen and housemaid Agnes, we made a 4day-3night trip starting from Sekinchan ending in Ipoh.
15/11大早六点钟，我们就出发，以避开繁忙的上班交通。大约八点半，我们抵达适耕庄，享受了一顿美味过瘾的石斑鱼头早餐。
We left Kajang at 6:00 am on 15/11 to avoid morning rush hour traffic, arrived at Sekinchan at 8:30 am for a hearty fish head breakfast.
用过了早餐，我们抵达安顺，参观著名的钟楼。
After breakfast we made a stop at Telok Intan to visit the famous Teluk Intan clock tower.
短暂的停留，我们续程，在中午时间，抵达适兆远，探望了余秀真。秀真患患有脊椎骨肿瘤，曾躺在病床好多个月。后来到吉隆坡马大医院接受治疗，逐渐好转。目前可以走动，但一只脚仍然无力，还在继续接受治疗。目前暂时在家休养，下个星期又要到回医院检查。她有着很好的手工艺功夫，有时得空在家，制作一些布工艺品，非常的精美。她带领我们品尝当地的捲包及手工包，很好吃。
From Teluk Intan, we arrived at Sitiawan afternoon to visit Agnes Aw.
接近傍晚时间，我们抵达了第一天的目的地 - Pantai Remis 班台，探访干女儿欣茹 Celina, 受到她及家人的热情欢迎，并共享美味晚餐。
In the late afternoon, we arrived at our day 1 destination, Pantai Remis to visit my God daughter Celina and family. We were warmly welcomed and treated to a delicious dinner.
