My wife and I have been doing Yoga exercise for about 15 years. Due to my knee pain and at times laziness, I have not been doing so for the past three to four years. My wife still continues almost daily till today.
Two months ago, I decided to "re-start" my Yoga exercise despite of knee pain. As my knee condition is not getting better but worse, a total knee replacement seems unavoidable in due time. Should that day arrives, I will be cut off completely from Yoga, the exercise that I loved.
So do it while I can, and relish the joy of stretching and pulling of muscles, joints and tendons, enjoy the stimulating pain of pushing one's endurance, tolerance and determination to the ever higher levels.....
And the refreshing inner peace and harmony of body and mind.
