Justice

Outgoing solicitor-general II Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden has recommended to attorney-general Abdul Gani Patail that Anwar Ibrahim’s acquittal on the sodomy charge be appealed. He was the prosecutor of the case.

On Oct 31, 2008, Razak Baginda, a close associate of the then Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Najib, was acquitted of abetting the murder of Mongolian woman Altantuya in a controversial high court decision. Attorney-general office announced immediately that the government was not going to appeal the decision ...... (Interesting reading from Anwar's blog: How Altantuya was killed)

Razak Baginda flew to London within days of walking out of the court room, with millions dollars of ill-gotten commission from defense contracts, lives happily ever after .... until the Final Judgment Day !

This is Malaysian Judiciary.
