Hello my friends, we are back! We arrived home tonight at about 9:30 pm.
All of us enjoyed this wonderful trip except for two members.
On Tuesday 3/3/09, we arrived at Kota Kinabalu at noon. We were greeted by Luke Yong, the Inbound operation Manager of Chong Fui Tour Sdn Bhd and guide Miss Aidah.
After a sumptuous lunch, we started our itinerary immediately by going to Klias proboscis monkey sanctuary, two hours bus ride from KK.
We enjoyed the boat ride to see the beautiful and serene scenery of mangrove swamps which was the habitat of proboscis monkeys that can be found only in Borneo.
It was very exciting to watch proboscis monkeys at their natural habitat. We stayed on until darkness fell to watch fireflies. It was far less fireflies than in Kuala Selangor, Selangor.
It was a long day. We left Klias for our apartment-hotel in town at about 8:00 pm. We were tired but in high spirit and enjoyed the day very much.
However, about 10 kms from our apartment-hotel, a loud scream sank our heart and holiday spirit. (more pictures and video at bottom)
各位朋友，我们在今天晚上大约九时半回到家了。
大家都有个非常愉快的假期，除了两位团员以外。
在星期二中午，我们抵达了亚庇机场，受到张飞旅游有限公司的入境游客经理杨伟和及导游张艾达小姐的欢迎。
吃了一顿丰富的午餐后，我们马上就开始了旅游行程，到两个小时巴士车程的克里斯Klias 红树林沼泽地区观看婆罗洲独有的红鼻猴。
我们乘船观赏红树林的美丽 、平静的景色。这是红鼻侯的自然栖息地区，
在自然的环境观看红鼻侯，是件非常刺激的事。我们逗留到夜幕低垂，因为还要观赏萤火虫。这里的萤火虫数目，比雪兰莪州的瓜拉雪兰莪红树林，可逊色多了。
这是很长的一天。大家怀着疲倦但高兴的心情，在晚上八点左右，乘坐巴士，取道回去市区的旅店公寓。
在离开目的地还有大约十公里，一声刺耳的嘶喊，使我们的心及游兴，马上跌到谷底。

去过两趟沙巴，主要的目的是爬神山，第一次带着还在念小学的儿子一起去，结果登顶失败，真是心有不甘。第二次自已和同事们同去，这回成功登顶，总算了一桩心事。除了爬山，当然也到其他景点去游玩，第二次带着爬山留下的全身“酸痛”，还坐巴士做“环州”游，从KK出发，一路经过山打根，直到斗湖，又从原路回来。很可惜，就是没有去Klias 红树林沼泽地区观看红鼻猴。
真想知道那一声刺耳的叫感后，发生了什么事。希望只是虚惊一场。
哇 ！ 老兄，我真诚的佩服你的毅力及成功的攀上神山。这是我的遗憾。
我好几年前就想过这壮举，但也不知道为什么没有行动，可能没有信心吧！今天我只能够望山兴叹了。
所以，要做的事，就尽快的去做吧，莫等闲，白了少年头，空悲切！
故事嘛。。已经有答案了！
