Today I brought my Indian workers out for lunch at a restaurant near my company in Sg Buloh. It is a restaurant famous for its "Pun Choy" (Hakka special delicacies).

I ordered some special dishes which they liked very much.

1. Standing roasted chicken (Unique way of roasting chicken)
2. Flying bird fish... (Steamed Telapia)
3. Vinegar "paku" (a local wild fern-like vegetable)
4. Hong Kong-style Char Siu



1. 站立烧鸡 (非常特别的烧烤方式)
2. 飞翔鱼(清蒸非洲鱼)
3. 醋“巴古”(非常普通的野菜)
4. 港式叉烧
