Bak Kut Teh 肉骨茶


Today is a public holiday.

Mr.& Mrs Pun (our Hokkaido travel companions) invited us and Mrs Lee and husband to have Bak Kut Teh (Chinese herbal pork bone & meat soup) at Bing Kee coffee shop in Jalan Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

Wao!! fantastic! We have never tasted such authentic, delicious Bak Kut Teh before.

We have pork rib bones and lean meat .... Bak Kut (bone & meat) supposed to be, not much fat, just original sweetness of bones and meat, less herbs.

Fresh porks, cook-cum-owner's skillful control of cooking time... the meats are succulent, sweet and QQ !

And it is chunky, got to use fingers to eat ...and tastier!























今天是公共假期。

我们北海道的旅游伙伴潘延瑞夫妇,邀请我们和陈少芳及先生,去吉隆坡新街场路,他常到的『铭记肉骨茶』档吃肉骨茶。

哗!太棒了!我们从来都没有吃过如此原汁原味的,美味的肉骨茶。

我们吃得是排骨及瘦肉。。。名副其实的『肉骨』茶。。。肉骨茶本来就应该是如此,没有很多肥肉,只有晴天的肉骨香汤,很少药材味。

新鲜的猪肉,加上厨师兼老板的功夫到家,烹调时间拿捏得准,肉味香甜,剔透兼爽口。。。QQ !

肉骨非常的大块,需用手指来吃,也别有一番风味。
