Today, before we left for home, we went to the most famous and oldest Wan Tan mee store in Johor Baru for our breakfast. It is my wife's favourite.
Being the fourth day of New Year and the first day of business, we waited for more than an hour for our food to arrived, and it was charged extra RM 1.00 per bowl. (From RM4.00 to RM5.00 for a medium serving).
It is quite similar with the Kan Pan Mian (dry mee) in Sarawak except it is mixed with chili sauce in Johor version.
I am not willing to spend another hour for another plate of Wan Tan Mee. Not half an hour either. I am not going back to the shop again for the Wan Tan Mee. No big deal.
