放松 Letting loose

“停工”了将近一年半后,今天傍晚第一次回到瑜伽运动班。

停工久了,身体也较僵硬,所以很多姿势都很难完成。经过一番暖身後,醒悟到要放松,放松。。。整个身体好些“软”了下来,好多动作都能够完成。

这也再一次给了我一个提醒:做人也要放松,不要太过执着(僵硬)。很多时候只要放松,放下,很多事情都会被“软”化,问题会迎刃而解。

第一天的瑜伽,除了给我身体的调整,也给了我一个机会作出生活的调整。

After more than one and a half year of stoppage, I went for my first Yoga session this evening.

My body seemed stiff, many poses were not able to perform. After much struggling, the sense of "relax" came back me.

Relax, letting loose and letting go, difficult twisting and bending were made easy.

It reminded me yet again the philosophy of life : relax, let loose and let go. Do not be too rigid and grudging. Loosening and letting loose will see many confrontation turns into amicability.

My first day of Yoga rejuvenated my body and mind. It's good!
