It has been almost a month my wife stayed home after the operation.

Being a public holiday, we took the opportunity retreating to country haven - The Farm with our two little dogs.

We, and our dogs, enjoyed a bright sunshine day and ... peace and quiet!











太太在手术后，留在家里休养将近一个月了。

今天，藉着公共假期之便，我们带了两只小狗狗，退避到幽静之地 - The Farm.

我们享受了蓝天白云，平静悠闲的一天。

Facts :

1. When comes to politic, religious leaders are no match for the foxy Prime Minister Najib.

2. And when Prime Minister invites you for lunch, you have no choice but to oblige.

3. Meal in Prime Minister office is bitter to swallow.

8 Christian leaders under the umbrella of Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) learned this after attended a luncheon hosted by the prime minister over the report of Christianisation of the country. (see story Buddha has anger too)

At the press conference after the luncheon, Najib declared: "the Christian leaders have given two very important and meaningful undertakings..."

1. Christian leaders in the country respected the position of Islam as the official religion and were not challenging the provision enshrined in the Federal Constitution.

2. Christian leaders had given their undertaking to cooperate in nurturing peace and harmony between the various faiths so the country would continue to be peaceful and prosperous.

The Christian leaders' roles had been turned from police into thieves in the process of having lunch with the prime minister !!

Apparently, they have declared through the mouth of Najib: " No gold buried here" **

** A thief buried his loot underground. Fearing others may come to know, he put up a sign board: " No gold buried here". (A Chinese idiom meaning a guilty person gives himself away by consciously protesting his innocence.)

No wonder... hardly a day later, Home Minister Hisham said: " there is some basis to Utusan Malaysia's report that there is a conspiracy to make Christianity the official religion of the country and install a Christian prime minister".

And the real thieves got away scot-free.... and dirty business as usual.



事实：

1. 在政治权术上，宗教领袖绝不是狡猾的首相纳吉的对手。

2. 当首相邀请你共进午餐时，你是无法拒绝的。

3. 首相署的饭菜是很难吞的。

马来西亚基督徒协会属下的8位领袖，在首相署与首相纳吉共进午餐后，所体会到的。他们是在“马来西亚基督化”的课题上，受邀赴会的。（请看故事佛都有火）

午餐后的一项新闻发布会上，首相纳吉宣布：“我国基督领袖已作出了两项非常重要和有意义的承诺” ：

1. 基督教领袖没有意图要挑战联邦宪法下回教党地位，同时承诺会尊重回教作为官方宗教。

2. 基督教领袖承诺会合作维持宗教之间的和平及和谐，以便大马成为一个和平与安宁的国家。

一顿午餐过后，基督领袖的地位，已经从警察变成了小偷！

更甚者，基督徒领袖好像透过纳吉的口宣布：“此地无银三百两”！背上了：欲盖弥彰、不打自招的嫌疑！

纳吉给公众的印象是：火被熄灭了。。。！事实上却没有。

就在隔天，内政部长希山坚持，《马来西亚前锋报》 的“基督教列为官方宗教，非马来人成为首相”的报道，确实是有根据。

最終，真正的賊若無其事般的一身輕，一切如常般的照偷可也。

Different fate 不同命运

One of our Taichi members, Mdm Lee, suffered from a spinal joints condition and rendered her wheelchair bound for at least six months.

She is blessed with filial children that willing to look after her at home. She does not suffer the same fate as my other friend did. （see Dear children)

We visited her this morning after the Taichi session.



我们的一位太极班成员李妈妈，背脊骨老化而数节出现问题，使到她行动不良，需坐轮椅，医生说需六个月以上才能复原。

她很有福气的得到孩子在家照顾她，不像我另一位朋友，被送到安老院去。（亲爱的孩子）

我们今早在太极运动过后，到她家探望了她。

Thanks to constant improvement of the Passport division of Immigration Department, renewal of Malaysian Passport takes only 60 minutes !!

I went to renew my passport at the Immigration Department in Kajang this morning. I chose the Kiosk instead of the counter service.

No form needed ....

Step 1: scanning of old passport,

Step 2: scanning of Identity card,

Step 3: Scanning of right or left thumb print,

Step 4: Choose the number of pages of your passport, and insert in the money required,

Step 5: Put old passport, photo copy of ID and a copy of photo into an envelop,

Step 6: Put into the kiosk and take the printed receipt,

Step 7: Exactly 60 minutes later, collect your passport at the designated counter AND GO HOME !!

Well done Immigration Department, the most improved government department !!

我的新马来西亚国际护照就好了！

感谢移民局不断的改善服务，现在更换护照，只需一个小时而已。

今天早上，我到加影移民局更换我的国际护照。我选择使用护照更换机，而不用普通的服务柜台。

不需要填写任何表格。。。

步骤一 ： 扫描旧护照，

步骤二 ： 扫描登记，

步骤三 ： 扫描左或右拇指，

步骤四 ： 选择你护照的页数，而存入所需的钱数，

步骤五 ： 把旧护照，复印登记和一张照片，放入一个移民局信封，

步骤六 ： 投入护照机内，领取收据，

步骤七 ： 六十分钟后，到指定的柜台领取新护照，回家！

做得好，移民局！你是最有改善的政府部门。

I attended a zone Mass at 8:00pm .... Fellow Catholics from the zone gathered at the house of a member to celebrate community Mass.
我在晚上八时，参加了区弥撒 。。。 一个区里面的教徒，集合在一位教徒的家，共庆团体弥撒（感恩祭）

"Buddha has anger too"!

I applied for Citibank Shell Visa because it offers rebate on petrol purchase. Every month I save about RM40.00 - 60.00

However, I constantly receiving many calls from the bank (telesales staff) bugging me about "the benefits of Citibank Visa...".

This morning I received another call....

" Are you Mr. Simon.....".

"Are you calling from Citibank...?"

"No, I am not calling from Citibank. I am calling regarding the benefits of Citibank Visa...."

"Sorry, you are the fifth one to call me since yesterday. I cannot entertain you anymore....".

I really got fed up with the constant harassment of the bank. It is damned nuisance.......

I am mad !! Buddha has anger too !!

I decided to cut the card into many pieces and send them back to Citibank .... tell the bank to "fly kite le...."!!


佛都有火！

我使用美国花旗银行( Citibank) 的 Shell Visa 卡，是因为买汽油有回扣。我每个月可以获得马币四十至六十元的回扣。

但却因此而常常接到该银行（电话传销）打来的电话骚扰。

今天早上我有接到一通电话。（有时是英文，有时是说华语的）

“请问是潘先生吗。。?”

“请问你是从花旗银行打来的吗？”

“不是，我不是从花旗银行打来的。我是打来关于Citibank Visa 的好处。。。。”

“对不起，你是昨天到现在，第五个打来给我关于Visa 卡的，我不能应酬你了。。。”。

我真的是忍无可忍了。这简直就是骚扰。

我气极了。佛都有火！

我决定把我的 Shell Visa 卡碎尸万段，然后寄回个花旗银行，我不要了。。。！

Here goes the Chinese saying: "Buddha has anger too!" (means good people can get angry too).

Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur, Murphy Nicholas Pakiam, has slammed reports alleging a conspiracy to turn the country into a Christian state. Describing the reports as “irresponsible, baseless and provocative”, Pakiam demanded that the authorities take action against what it said were quarters that seek to threaten the harmonious, multi-cultural and multi-religious make-up of the country.

He was responding to the blog postings, on which an Utusan Malaysia report was based, accusing DAP of colluding with Christian pastors to make Christianity the country's official religion so that a Christian can become prime minister. (MalaysiaKini)

Utusan Malaysia, the UMNO (the dominating partner of ruling coalition) owned Malay daily
published almost freely fictitious, provocative and baseless reports on any subject and topic whenever, whichever it likes to gain political capital for its master.

But this one really got people mad, including Archbishop Pakiam.

This time, it is using religion to cook up lies (Buddhism becomes official religion of England? ) to disrupt the harmony of the country. It is a dangerous act.

What is the government going to do? What is Najib going to do? (He is the boss of the newspaper !)

What are we going to do ?


常言道：“佛都有火！”。（广东人常用，意思是好人也会发火）

吉隆坡巴吉安总主教抨击《马来西亚前锋报》的报导，诬指有阴谋要把马来西亚改变成为一个基督教国家。他形容这个报告是“不负责任，没根据及具挑衅性的”。总主教要政府采取行动对付这些有不良企图，意图破坏我国多元和谐及多元宗教的结构的人及团体。

在他所发布的文告中，他坚持必须测查这事件，以找出这些误导，挑衅及恶毒谎言的源头。

他是回应《马来西亚前锋报》的报导，诬赖民主行动党（反对党）和基督教牧师阴谋要使基督教成为国家队官方宗教，回教徒可以成为首相。

《马来西亚前锋报》是巫统拥有的一份马来文报纸。它毫无忌惮的常常发表挑衅，无根据，无中生有的课题，以达到它后台老板的政治目的。

不过这一趟，却是使到人憎鬼厌，惹火了人，包括了巴吉安总主教。

这次它利用敏感的宗教课题造谎（佛教成为英国国教？）来破坏国家的和谐。这是很危险的举动。

我们的政府将会有什么行动呢？首相纳吉又会有什么反应？（他是这报纸的老板！）

我们又应该怎么做呢？

Formation 培训

Today I was at Port Dickson to give my sharing with members of 3-Organisation - Mustard Seeds Evangelisation Center (MSEC), Costantini Research Center and Guangren Service Center on the establishment of Cahaya Puri Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company set up by laity for evangelisation through audio-visual and printed media.

About 40 members of MSEC attended this 2-day 3-night formation programme at the seaside Champagnat Youth Center (owned by The Marist Brother) in Port Dickson.













今天我到波德申，和三机构 - 芥子福音传播中心（芥子心），恒研心及光仁服务中心的成员分享光仁控股有限公司的成立历史及其使命。

大约四十位成员，有者来自槟城，参加了这个在圣母昆仲会波德申海边别墅举行的三天两夜的培训节目。

阳光虽然好，但时间迫促，没有机会到海滩走走。

Putrajaya 布城

Today we went to Immigration Department at Putrajaya ( the administrative capital ) to renew the work permit of Agnes, our Filipino housemaid for another year.

She has been here since June last year. She handles all household works independently and cooks very well. We are satisfied with her performance. (see Two tales)

She was not require to be present but went along to walk with my wife to the office.

And we took this opportunity to show her around Putrajaya.



今天我们到坐落在布城（行政首府）的移民局，去更新菲律宾家佣的工作准证。

她在去年六月就到来工作了。她的工作表现非常的好，能够不需监督而自己处理家务，而烹饪也进步神速。我们对她的工作表现非常满意。（看两个故事帖子）

她是不需要在场的，但跟随来陪同太太到办公厅去。

我们也乘机带她观赏布城的风景。
